Anxiety Counselling

We all get nervous and anxious from time to time when certain stressors come into our lives. This is very normal and can even be a healthy experience. However, when experiences of anxiety become more of the norm than just an irregular occurrence we can take it that it has become problematic in our lives. If we experience any of the following symptoms it may help for us to speak with a counsellor, excessively worrying, sleep problems, irrational fears, self-consciousness, regular muscle tension, panic or panic attacks, self-doubt and perfectionism.
